“We checked out a few different trainers and would pick PNW Canine again in a heartbeat. What really stood out to me was the personal touch they give to each and every dog they work with. They know it's not a "one size fits all" type of deal. The follow-up sessions they offer have been incredibly useful as well! I think we the humans have learned just as much, if not more than our pup.”

“Our 1.5yr old Aussie doodle was extremely reactive to both humans and dogs and it got to a point where we were concerned about others’ safety. His fear and anxiety limited us from doing many “normal” activities. PNW Canine taught Ollie how to be confident in not only himself but also in us, as his pack leaders. After the board/train, they made sure we fully comprehended the techniques and tools they had used during the 4x follow-up sessions where they traveled to our apartment to troubleshoot any real-world issues. PNW Canine have truly changed our lives as Ollie can now live a more structured and relaxed life and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help train our dog!”

“We rescued a 5 y/o Weimeraner last April. We are experienced dog owners but really struggled with his anxiety and leash reactivity making our neighborhood walk stressful for all involved and making hikes on narrow trails just impossible. Our dog responded very well to the trainers, and we really like the way they transition from them to us as owners, teaching us what we need to know and checking-in frequently. As a result, we’re able to walk our dogs without leash reactivity and other aspects of the training help our rescue live his best life.”

“PNW Canine did an amazing job with our dog 4-month old dog Oakley. At the time, he pulled on the leash, did not like his crate, and was very mouthy with us among a few other things. After the program, he came back to us as a confident puppy who loved his crate, didn’t pull on the leash, and was not constantly trying to "herd" us. We are so grateful we decided to work with them and are excited to continue to work with Oakley to build our bond and his confidence.”

“Hands down, these two were amazing to work with! When we sent Frank to board and train, it broke our heart to leave him for so long, but the training he received in that amount of time was invaluable. He returned so well behaved, and the envy to all of our fellow dogs’ moms and dads. Frank became a champion of leash work, knowing when to leave his crate/enter or exit rooms, conquered his fear of stairs, and so much more. We both agree PNW Canine is absolutely worth every penny! Highly recommend!”

“Working with PNW Canine was one of the best decisions I've made for Djacal & Gucci. Djacal (GSD) and Gucci (dachshund) are both around 4 years old and struggle with reactivity, leash-pulling, and constant barking. Now we're able to have guests over without Gucci's constant barking and go on walks with them by my side in a calm state of mind. The process wasn't easy, took a lot of time and effort, but it's worth it and it sure feels amazing to experience the transformation. The program isn't just for your dogs, you will also learn to become a better and more responsible dog owner. Big thanks to PNW Canine for giving us the solution and this magnificent experience!”

“My dog Scooby is much more confident than he was before board and train. We’re now able to walk past other people and dogs without him being reactive on leash. PNW Canine has also helped me to understand my dog better and his needs - not letting people pet him unless he is calm, and generally how to be a better advocate for him. They also have been beyond accommodating with his training schedule and are responsive whenever I have a question. They really care for Scooby and his success!”

“We have a Mini Aussie named Beans who was 8 months old when we found them. I wish we had found them sooner. Beans is very high energy and was under socialized, not to any fault of his. He went to Board and Train with PNW Canine for five weeks that turned into six. They were always available for an update or progress report on how he was doing. Beans came home a much more attentive dog that is receptive to commands and really pays attention. It has been work - and it still is. The trainers are always available for a pep talk or to let us know we are doing things right. I truly cannot say enough good about PNW Canine. We even board Beans with them when we go on vacation. Thank you!”

“PNW Canine has been an excellent coach and trainer for us! Although we didn’t feel fully prepared when our dog came home, the trainers stuck with us through our highs and lows. Our boy still has a long road ahead, but we have made so much improvement since training. We feel confident with the tools and resources we have learned that we can handle any situation moving forward! All in all 5 stars for PNW Canine!”
